Because for us, getting a fair return for every element we put into our beers is an essential part of the transition to a sustainable economy.
Our barley, from Wallonia, is certified fair trade by the Prix Juste Producteur label, and comes from well-known farmers who supply it via the Cultivae cooperative.
Organic beers
Because we're convinced that the future of our planet depends on the actions we take, even when we're partying.
We only work with certified raw materials, from hops to malt. But our approach goes far beyond the use of organically grown products, with an ecological approach to the entire life cycle of our products.
100% local short-circuit beers
We don't limit ourselves to slogans. Our beers are local, from their ingredients to their production and consumption.
Like our cereals, our hops come from Belgium and are purchased from an independent grower in Poperinge. Because for us, a local beer is a 100% local beer.
