Invest in Brasserie coopérative et participative de l'Orne until 12/31/2023

Brasserie de l'Orne has just moved into the Dîme farm on the heights of Mont-Saint-Guibert as part of the Sur-le-Champ project.

To support its development, the brewery offers participative loans, also known as “crowdlending”.

As a Walloon SME, the loan will benefit from the Prêt Coup de Pouce mechanism.

Terms and conditions of the “coup de pouce” loan

Total amount: EUR 70,000
Minimum investment: EUR 5,000
Duration: 8 years
Effective date: 01/01/2024
Mechanism interest rate: 3.50% gross + 4% tax credit (first 4 years) & 2.50% (next 4 years)
Equivalent net annual rate*: 5.61%.

This share subscription offer is reserved for any individual resident in Wallonia who is not a cooperator (or his/her spouse).
Loan with regional guarantee: for your information, lending to SMEs involves a risk of capital loss. In the event of borrower default, you will benefit from a one-off tax credit of 30% of your outstanding balance.
